Project Highlights

The project initiated a transformative overhaul of the Windows POS system, starting with the implementation of robust authentication and permissions controls. This provided a secure foundation for the system. The intuitive Guna Framework-driven UI came next, delivering an engaging user experience. Streamlined Cash Drawer and Stock Adjustment and all transaction related features were refined to optimize operational efficiency. These strategic changes resulted in heightened customer satisfaction, as the system not only delivered a seamless point-of-sale experience but also prioritized security and user permissions.

Contribution

In the project, my part of the job included key features like, focusing on creating the Terminal Master, Category Master, and Special Price functionalities. For the Terminal Master, I designed a centralized hub with an intuitive interface for efficient terminal management. In the Category Master, I implemented a systematic approach to product categorization with a user-friendly interface. Additionally, enabling dynamic pricing and promotions through the implementation of the Special Price functionality. These contributions collectively enhanced user experience.

Xoom Cloud Office

Project Highlights

Xoom Cloud Office seamlessly integrates with Windows POS, delivering a powerful Inventory Management system encompassing product details, pricing, and purchase orders. With industry-standard security measures, it guarantees the protection of critical data. The user-friendly dashboard, specifically designed for decision-makers, ensures swift access to essential information. The platform's supplementary features, including Back Office capabilities, extensive management tools, and detailed reporting, collectively enhance efficiency, reliability, and a well-organized online presence for businesses leveraging the platform.

Contribution

• In the project, I played a role in crafting essential features. Initially, I took part in implemented a Purchase Order system, refining the procurement process with an intuitive interface. 
• Following that, I spearheaded the development of a Role Master system, introducing a structured framework for user roles and permissions to bolster security. I also led comprehensive testing for all Masters, ensuring the dependability of critical systems.
• In Addition, implementation of a Reward Points system, seamlessly integrating it into the existing framework to encourage customer engagement. These contributions collectively elevated the project, optimizing operational efficiency, strengthening security measures, and introducing customer-centric elements.

Project Highlights

Transforming retail engagements, our innovative Smart POS system, developed on the WinForms platform, presents an intuitive user interface. It adeptly oversees product, category, and department management, ensuring seamless Cash Drawer operations encompassing openings and closures. The system further redefines the point-of-sale experience with streamlined Cashier functionalities, ultimately contributing to unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Contribution

Within the project, my contributions were instrumental in shaping core functionalities. Firstly, I designed and implemented a secure and user-friendly login form, ensuring a seamless and protected entry point to the system. Moving forward, I played a role in developing the Admin Side Dashboard, providing decision-makers with a comprehensive and intuitive interface to monitor crucial metrics. Additionally, I contributed to the enhancement of the Sales Screen, refining the user experience for smooth transactions by introducing features that facilitated quick product selection, pricing updates, and order processing. Finally, I implemented robust transaction management functionalities, ensuring precision and reliability in recording sales and related transactions. These efforts collectively significantly enriched the overall project, delivering a user-centric, efficient, and secure point-of-sale system.
